ABOUT ME
My name is Mila Kulachenko. I've been working in IT for 9 years as project manager. Now I am project manager and maintain 2 online store, coordinate work process of technical specialists. But I also worked in a technical support of IT agency, helping customers with their projects.
I am capable of working on several projects. For instance, I was maintaining 4 brand websites (in Russian), 2 websites (in several languages, including English).
I would like to tell you about main responsibilities at my position of web project manager. What can I do?

Estimating management tasks, optimizing for the best solution and implementing to increase sales in an online store;

Coordinating and managing a work process of full-time professionals and outsourcing partners;

Managing projects of web-sites redesign and creating prototypes;

Making technical tasks, monitoring implementation of tasks and testing results;

Developing new modules and supporting them by updating assortment (for instance, module of virtual kitchen);

Arranging and editing content on web-sites (text, graphical and multimedia content) through CMS;

Editing HTML code, CSS of certain templates and etc.
MY PROJECTS
THE WEBSITE REDESIGN FOR KRONA.RU
I've participated at the beginning of the project by making prototypes, designing webpages and writing technical tasks for developers. I've made a cover for the main page of new site to drill into catalog's menu.
THE WEBSITE REDESIGN FOR SHINDO.RU
The website was totally redesigned.
The results of redesign are 13% increase of average page depth per session and 6% increase of number of new users from search engines.
A LANDING PAGE FOR BRAND CONFERENCE
The webpage was made for a particular event - to gather customers. The landing page was made by myself, I've also set registration's form for users.
THE VIRTUAL KITCHEN MODULE FOR KRONA.RU
The main purpose of the module was in attracting users to a brand and making them to buy a kitchen hood in own brand online store. The module was remade from flash into html5 and was added new features.
WEBSITES IMPROVEMENTS AND FILLING UP
There were lots of technical works for Russian and foreign versions of 2 websites - Flavia and Fornelli. New sections, new modules were added onto them. As a result of that kind of work, a visibility by search engines' robots and users's transitions were increased.
